After six wonderful years in the nutrition business, we closed our two North Georgia locations and made the move to Fernandina Beach. It wasn't long before we opened St. Mary Nutrition, our first location in St. Marys, a community that has always held a special place in our hearts.

With family in the area and so much of our time spent here, St. Marys has truly become a second home. The love and support we've received have been incredible, and many of the customers who first walked through our doors as strangers have become dear friends—and even family.

Now, we're excited to continue growing our roots in this wonderful community with the opening of our second location, Lily's Loaded Teas & More, in the heart of historic downtown St. Marys.

The Story Behind Our Name

Lily is our family's beloved dog and a very special companion to my husband. After he suffered a stroke, Lily became his constant source of comfort, love, and support through one of the most difficult times in his life. She has remained faithfully by his side ever since, and the unconditional love she brings to our family is the inspiration behind Lily's Loaded Teas & More.

We truly love what we do. Whether we're serving up delicious loaded teas, protein shakes, bowls, and other great products or simply catching up with the wonderful people who walk through our doors, every day is an opportunity to do something we love in a community that means so much to us.
